Thanks, Dianne. I have been fuming all day. We all need to stand at a distance to see all these connections…and sadly teachers survive hour by hour, with little opportunity to stand back and reflect on what is happening to their life’s work!
Very true. It’s heartbreaking to see us following down the very paths that have failed so miserably in other countries. Privatization at any cost is the goal, with little or no thought for the children. I, too, have been fuming all day, and now I am just plain exhausted. 😦
